- The repair costs after the warranty period is always supported by STM TELECOMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD with the lowest or free of charge.

FREE WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The product is still in warranty period.
2. The product is damaged due to the manufacturer's fault.
3. Serial numbers and seals on products must be intact, uncontrolled, not torn, scraped or glued over with any other stamp.
4. Serial number on product and warranty card must match.
5. Present warranty card and invoice of the product as soon as the warranty is requested.

CONDITIONS ARE NOT WARRANTY FOR FREE
1. Products are out of warranty period.
2. Serial number or warranty stamp on the product is not intact.
3. Invalid warranty card: Do not write full information, erase or modify the information on the coupon.
4. Products damaged by natural disasters, accidents such as: Fire, lightning, storms, floods, improper use of instructions, improper power, cracking due to transport or impact, dirt, rust, corrosion due to poor storage, liquid pouring in, insects invading, dirt ...
5. The product has signs of repair and dismantling.
